WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The warranty offered is 1 years with full coverage if there are defects in the manufacture of the components of the watch, that is, in the machinery. Our Technical Assistance evaluates the item and verifies the damage presented. After technical analysis, you will be informed whether or not your product will be repaired. Be careful! Because the part loses the warranty automatically if the watch is opened by agents not authorized by Tempus Watches.

The Warranty Terms are listed on the Warranty Certificate that accompanies your Tempus Watches model.

WHERE CAN I BUY TEMPUS WATCHES?

 Tempus Watches are sold exclusively in our authorized stores worldwide, through dealers and authorized jewelers. Visit the Where to buy page to find an authorized store nearest you.

WHAT ARE THE ITEMS ACCOMPANYING TO PURCHASE A TEMPUS WATCHES?

When acquiring any model of Tempus Batches is included: personalized box, warranty card and manual.

HOW DO I KNOW THE SPECIFICATIONS OF MY TEMPUS WATCH? WHAT MATERIAL AND BOX?

You can find all the detailed information about the materials and the functionalities of your piece on our website. Just search through the model of your part, it can be the line or the reference code. You find the code on your invoice is composed of the sequence of 2 (two) letters 5 (five) numbers and 1 (one) letter, as the example: (XX00000X).

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY TEMPUS WATCHES?

We recommend careful cleaning of your watch when necessary, to ensure the joints are in good condition. Take the time to contemplate your watch and check all the details of your part such as ATM, display and recommendations for proper use. Read the manual's instructions to ensure its precise operation and longevity. By doing so, you will help to give it a long life and keep you operating with the high quality standards by which it was created.

CAN I USE MY WATCH DURING THE BATH?

First make sure the watch is water resistant, what is the resistance level. As for example: 50mts, you can use it in case of rain, splashes or contact with water when washing hands, it is important not to leave in prolonged contact with water. It is not recommended, practice swimming, swimming or diving with him. Your watch is not designed to withstand deep pressure.

WHAT IS AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT?

It is a mechanism that is triggered by the continuous movement of the wrist of the wearer. The rotor, a half-disc metal weight, rotates freely around an axis, and a movement in each direction helps to wind the main spring. Automatic watches do not require a rope if they are worn every day

HOW LONG DOES A LEATHER BRACELET LAST?

Tempus Watches offers excellent quality in leather wristbands; in the manufacturing process several tests are performed that endorse its durability and strength.

The longevity of the leather strap also depends on the conditions, the frequency and the environment of use. For example, contact with water or any other liquid may cause wear.
